Wrangler, another Cowboy Creamery original, starts with espresso extract hand swirled in our heavy cream recipe, along with premium cocoa powder, then aged under climate control for up to 24 hours. Handcrafted caramel is hand swirled into the finished espresso ice cream. Raspberry puree is hand swirled into the finished cream.
Using homesteader recipes handed down over the years, we slow churn our creams – to reduce cream-thinning air trapped in the cream. Cowboy Creamery ‘WESTERN STYLE®’ ice creams are so dense with heavy cream, and low air, you’ll bend your spoon with the first bite.
