Snowy Range Madagascar double vanilla is hand-whisked in our western-sourced open range cream and allowed to age under climate control for up to 24 hours, before being made into ‘Western Style®’ ice cream.
Using homesteader recipes handed down over the years, we slow churn our creams – to reduce cream-thinning air trapped in the cream. Cowboy Creamery ‘WESTERN STYLE®’ ice creams are so dense with heavy cream, and low air, you’ll bend your spoon with the first bite.
