The original ‘WESTERN STYLE®’ handcrafted and hand packed heavy cream and low air ice cream always made in small batches. 15-Hands begins with our handcrafted caramel to flavor our heavy cream recipe. The caramel is hand-whisked in our western-sourced open range cream and allowed to age under climate control for up to 24 hours, before being made into ‘Western Style®’ ice cream. We cook our own butter toffee and pour it over California almonds, then layer chocolate over it, before crumbling it into the caramel cream.
Using homesteader recipes handed down over the years, we slow churn our creams – to reduce cream-thinning air trapped in the cream. Cowboy Creamery ‘WESTERN STYLE®’ ice creams are so dense with heavy cream, and low air, you’ll bend your spoon with the first bite.
